A first week in lockdown

Before being stuck in your home drags on and on there is something both charming and calming that comes with social isolation. Having done this all before the kids very quickly fell back into the comforts of their lockdown habits - chess playing has gone up, math and geography learning have increased exponentially, our bikes are getting more use, and they have settled into the funk of playing for hours and hours. We are limited by our allocated one hour a day of outdoor exercise. But the weather has been generous this first week of lockdown making our brief times outdoors such a joy for the senses. So instead of words here is a photo expose of our outdoor walks and rides this past week.
