Our baby is growing! Luckily I made it a family rule awhile back that children are babies until three years old so we have another year to dote on baby Zadie. We were all lucky to celebrate with Zadie California style with a breakfast of berries, sunshine, hours of jumping on trampolines, sushi and ice cream cake. Zadie has been talking about her birthday for weeks (prepped by other children) and she was overjoyed by it all. By the end of the day Tova insisted is was such a good day that she wants her birthday to be exactly the same.
And now she is two. Really really cute two. She can jump on trampolines, sing songs, say things like “I don’t like that,” identify letters Aurora points at and cuddle us like a baby koala. We are all really pleased to have her in our family. And we are all excited for our upcoming Canada style birthdays.
