In some ways, after three summers in a row it is very exciting to enter the season of getting cozy. We have jumped on this excuse to be outdoors a little less in favor of indoor projects and seasonal illnesses. We may be a little less fit but on the other hand the past months' efforts have yielded four knit hats, one sewn quilt, one sewn book bag, one sewn pillow, photo books, escape rooms, and numerous art projects. Our closet is literally overflowing with Tova's creativity. Despite our artistic productivity we are all happy to jump over the ocean into yesterday to enjoy three weeks of California summer. Time and season traveling is always a bit of a leap of faith and despite the Southern California heatwave Aurora insists on bringing her beanie.
